Thriving in Business Naturally
For women who want a visceral experience. In these experiential events, we use the examples of nature – an ever-evolving operating system billions of years old – to make your business work better for you.
World Journey ReBOOT
For people who feel like a full on reboot is needed. We will take a journey literally and figuratively. We will meet up with and learn from women in business along the way. We will work on ourselves and our businesses and still enjoy and experience the places we visit. Ready for sleeping in a yurt, anyone?
May 8-25, 2017 Trans-Siberian Train from Beijing to Moscow with stops in Mongolia and Lake Baikal
Book Frances to speak at your event.
I’ve done it, I’ve helped others do it and I can help you, too.
A new way to learn
No more sitting in a classroom listening to someone tell you what to do. I use all the ways of learning – reading, hearing, doing, and discussion. Plus each program is cohort-based. That means you will be a part of a group all at the same level and working on the same problems.
You won’t be loaded up with information and left on your own. You will know what to do because you will experience it as part of the program. You will have real world examples and you will have a team surrounding you to help you.
It all sounds very interesting, but on January 26 I will be having surgery to repair a tear in my rotator cuff of my right arm. Do i understand correctly that some of this will actually be available in the Annapolis Valley area? It would be wonderful to have an event close enough that I can actually consider attending!
Hi Debbie, I’m sorry to hear about your surgery.
I’ve run most of these in the Valley in the past and will likely again in the future. I’ll keep you up to date.
Good luck,
Frances
I am just starting up my business through the SEB program. David from CEED just sent this email with your business name to my SEB acct. My business will be starting out on the small side for now, and hopefully will grow in the next couple of years. In the meantime. just wondering about the bookkeeping basics for small business owners. I’m just thinking that I may be able to do my own bookkeeping to start out, but would like to see what bookkeeping is all about. I really enjoy working with numbers and am very organized.
Are all the workshops in the city? I notice the writer one is at the Waterfront campus which is just down the street from me.
Please let me know.
Thanks,
Sara Lee Whitman
Hi Sara;
Congratulations on starting your business. There’s a lot to learn at the beginning isn’t there?
I’m hoping to do the Bookkeeping Workshops at some point this winter in HRM. I’ll keep let David know so he can tell you, or you can keep an eye here, too.
